Maameamba has 15+ years in employee benefits strategy, design, and administration as well as assisting in selecting the right HR systems to support changes. Ability to quickly assess needs and put sustainable plans in place that can support growth. She works with HR People teams and company leaders who want to transform their organisation to assist in creating internal controls and compliance and better business outcomes to support their employee population through inclusive benefit programs.

She has managed complex employee benefits issues and successfully influenced senior officers/executive decisions. Also, was actively involved in staffing, and operations, and developed and presented training in benefit-related topics. In addition, I played leadership roles and actively influenced healthcare initiatives in my positions.

Maamebi has the ability to develop and translate vision into action. In addition, She has excellent skills in negotiations, diplomacy, motivation, team building, collaboration, and global experience as an added plus. She possess these skills that will make me more effective and add value to my work with employees and at all levels to comply with regulatory standards, and organizational standard operating procedures (SOP) and meet expected goals.
